micro1 licenses real business operational data — SOPs, knowledge bases, CRM records, process documentation, QA workflows — to train and evaluate frontier AI models, and pays the company for it. Its published Enterprise Data Partnership tiers start at $100,000.
HK Refer is an independent referral service. We introduce companies that fit the programme. We are not micro1, we do not run the programme, and micro1 alone decides who qualifies and what any dataset is worth.
Not your customer list and not your product. The value is in the record of how work gets done — the material that shows an AI model what competent operational practice looks like in a real business.
These are micro1's own published tiers for Enterprise Data Partnerships. They are indicative of the programme, not an offer to any particular company — micro1 prices each partnership on the size, quality, uniqueness and domain expertise of the data:
micro1 is looking for operationally mature companies with 30+ employees, established documentation, and genuinely useful operational data. It currently prioritises US companies, then other Western markets; referrals are accepted globally but selection follows live demand.
Per micro1's published FAQ, companies retain ownership of their underlying data.
micro1 states that the scope is agreed before anything is shared, personally identifiable information is removed where relevant, data runs through isolated pipelines rather than being commingled with other engagements, companies can review representative samples before use, retention is time-limited, and deletion requests are honoured under the terms of the engagement. Those are micro1's commitments, not ours — get them in your agreement.
Probably not. The stated bar is 30+ employees with real documentation. We would rather say so now than waste your time.
